How to Attach Images to Email Campaigns

This support article is specifically for troubleshooting why images added as attachments don’t show up in emails sent as campaigns (not a regular email sent to a singular contact).

Check the following settings:

  1. Make sure the file is a .jpg, .png, or .gif

  2. The file name needs to start with img_

  3. Attach the images using the 3 dots on the email builder page (NOT the Attach Files button on the Send or Schedule page)

  4. Be sure to send yourself a test email to confirm the attachment shows up properly.
