This tutorial is only for people on the Starter plan who do not already have a blog page on their website. Not sure what plan you’re on or if you have a blog page already? You can check by going to your dashboard menu > Sites > click on your site; that will open up all the pages currently available on your website. If you don’t see one for a Blog/Learn page, please continue with the tutorial below.
From your dashboard menu, click on Sites > your website > + Add New Page
Give your page a name (e.g., Blog, Learn, etc)
On the new page you’ve created, click on Create from Blank
The option to add a section should open automatically, but if not you can click on the + Add Elements button > Sections > Full Width
Then hover over the new section and click on + Add Row, then select 1 column
Hover over the section and click on + Add Element. Search for and select the Image element
In the image settings that come up on the right, scroll down to the image options section and click on the picture icon. Upload your logo image if you haven’t already, then double-click it to add it to the page. Adjust the image sizing until you're happy with it
Scroll down in the settings to the Actions section. Use the dropdown to select Go to website Url. Then enter this as the website -> {{location.website}}
Click the x to close the image settings. Then hover over the section until you see the purple outline and click on it to bring up the column settings
In the column settings, scroll down to the Column Layout section and under Content Position select Start
Hover over the section and click the green + button
Click on Full Width
Then hover over the new section and click on + Add Row, then select 1 column
Hover over the section and click on + Add Element. Search for and select the Blog Posts element
In the settings on the right, scroll down to the Choose Blog Site field and select your blog site. Then under that, choose your category (or categories) you’d like to display on the page
Then in the top right corner, hit Save and Publish
Just one more step! Hit the arrow in the top left to go back to the list of pages on your website and click on your home page
Hover over the Navigation Menu element in the header and click on it to bring up the settings on the right
Scroll down to the Menu Items section of the settings and click + Add Item
Edit the title to what you want your blog page to look like in your website header (eg., Blog, Learn, etc). Under the Go To field, click to select Go to Page, then click on Submit
Use the little squares next to the menu item to drag and drop to change the order of the menu items. Once you’re happy with how the header looks, make sure you hit Save and Publish in the top right corner
