This is a useful way to link your CRM inbox to your Gmail or Outlook inbox so that all messages show up in both places.
**Note** Only matching email addresses will sync. You can send out an email from any address you'd like to invent using your sending domain (e.g., [email protected], [email protected], etc.), BUT the email will only sync if the address it's sent from matches your third-party address. For example, let's say you've connected your third-party email, [email protected]. When you send an email through your CRM, if you send it from [email protected], the message will also show up in your gmail account, and vice versa. As long as the part before the "@" matches, all the messages will sync in both inboxes. Emails sent from any other address will send just fine, but won't sync with your other email address.
Go to your dashboard menu > Settings > My Profile.
Scroll down to the Email (2-way sync) section
Select your email provider and hit Connect
Enter your email login information and allow access to sync your email account to your CRM
